About iService

iService is an online customer service/resource center developed to efficiently field questions, concerns and updates in a timely fashion. It is a central website where requests can be sent directly to iPipeline. The requests are electronically sent to the desktop of the appropriate staff at iPipeline as well as to you, the sender. Each request is assigned a tracking number so that you can monitor it every step of the way. Every time an iPipeline employee updates your request, you will be automatically notified via e-mail. This system monitors and tracks every request from start to finish and files it in a personal history log. iPipeline employees monitor iService daily to ensure efficient and timely work flow and adherence to service level agreements.
